Whilst on holiday in the area we had a gas regulator problem with our motorhome whilst staying at a local campsite in Cambridge. After a quick phone call to M and M Leisure they invited us over to their Haverhill Showroom and replaced our regulator at a very reasonable cost. The staff were excellent and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommended!!

I bought a Bailey Unicorn From M&M Leisure collecting in early April. I ordered the caravan last year and asked for it to be delivered in the second quarter 18. This included a PowerTouch motor mover, upgraded furniture and some internal boxing in and guard ex applied, along with the thatcham tracker.The ordering process to collection was seem less . No issues and I was kept fully informed through the the process. Collection was made easy with Graham and his team very accommodating for when we wanted to collect. Other times sellers have been keen to push you to collect.When we collected the caravan we were given time to look it over ourselves and John spent well over an hour taking us through every aspect of the caravan. Often giving us additional information. We have been caravanning for nearly 20 years and you find you can always learn something new.We took the caravan away and we found absolutely no issues when collecting, everything was as it should be . We had some additional work done for some boxing in, all done to a very high standard.The paper work with Leon was all correct with no fuss, all so easy. A lady called Gemma handled all the registration , CHRIS, tracker etc. All done with us receiving all the documts shortly after.In summary Graham and his team run a very professional and friendly service where you feel you are the customer at the heart of their business.There is a well stocked shop, if you like Bailey branded extras they have those as well!
Good variety of caravans and all open to view, well stocked shop as well, and helpful staff....until they didn't call me back twice with regards to a caravan I wanted to purchase, their loss I guess!
