The staff were happy to let me view various cars. Without any pressure sales. I found the car to suit me. At a fair price.
AVOID. They conned me out of money and sold me a dodgy car. Would Rate 0 if I could.Details below:After being referred to Haverhill Car Xchange froom Zuto, I assumed the company to be reputable and upstanding. Oh how wrong I was.The campany sold me a defected car, one they had 'Botched' to seem fine. As the problem occoured with their '1 month warantee' they begrudgingly fixed it. However I received no paperwork for what they fixed, what parts they replaced or ANYTHING. The SAME problem came back a month later, to which it was then 'Out of Warranty'. So I had to pay to get it fixed myself, when they should have done it the first time.ALSO, I traded in my car to them, they told me they would forward me the money for the car once they had a price. I heard NOTHING from them even when I called month after month. To this day I haven't received a penny for my old vehicle I traded in, nor did I receive any discount. But as I signed over the V5 I 'technically' don't have any legal power as it wasn't in writing. A message to Haverhill Car Xchange: You had many many times to fix this issue with me. But you lied to me and ignored me. I have given you a year to fix this but you haven't. This is why I'm now trying to ensure others don't fall into the same trap. I will also be contacting Zuto to ensure they no longer refer you to anyone again.
Haverhill Car Exchange have reinforced my faith in used car dealer. Having left another less scrupulous dealer after viewing a disgrace of a car, we popped into HCE, all the cars are immaculately prepared and alll the staff really cant do enough to help you. Most importantly they have.a great range of used cars and all at reasonable prices. I would have no hesitation to recommend the guys and would certainly pay them a visit when its due to replace the car again.
