Outstanding service before sale, I was very very pleased and couldn't fail on anything. Christie was the best sales person ever, great sense of humor, knowledge and her attitude was superb ! However the car broke down before I arrived home. I was offered a courtesy car and my one is now being repaired. I only didn't appreciate one lady's comments on the phone saying that "I should be happy as the car is being repaired and I was offered a courtesy car". To be honest, this is your responsibility as you professional dealer. You apparently thoroughly checked the technical condition of this car but it doesn't seem that you did, guys! I am happy that I am being helped but comments like that should not be in place. I could also say that you are happy that I am keeping this car. As it doesn't fit for purpose (2 year's old car breaking after 30 miles? cruise control is down, also engine check light went on suggesting engine failure?), it is within my rights to cancel the purchase and get a refund within 30 days. So please, do your best and make me happy again. I am hoping to have the car back very soon (it's been 10 days now) and then I will write more here about my overall shopping experience. You have now time to rectify this for me. Thanks!
