They have it all here, pool, a machine for every muscle. Workout courses if you need one, and help and advice on site if you don't. My son goes here, he loves it, I sit and watch him, it wears me out.
Gym can get a bit over crowded but really good fitness timetable and love the lane swims personally. Good cleanliness and lovely staff running the classes and front desk. Have always been super friendly and helpful. Good gym equipment just tight on space. Know they have done a big revamp recently so may have changed space a lot
Im a member and I go there to gym almost everyday , its a great place for me but I just hope it could open 24hrs for gym
I am a member of the gym here. just been refurbished and it's 1000 times better than before so much more space and loads more different machines that are also great
