Friendly staff, appears well equipped. Classes upstairs are brilliant. But definitely in need of new bulbs upstairs. As very daunting to anyone with bad eye sight.

I have been a member for almost 4 years now and I am amazed how cheap membership is when you join when there is a special offer on. There us a full range of fitness machines and classes for members of all standards of fitness. Andy, the manager, is very friendly and helpful and now runs 1 to 1 sessions. His staff are also very helpful. There is a separate area upstairs for ladies but ladies can also use the equipment in the main hall.The gym has changing rooms, showers and sauna plus a physio can be booked if required.
