Called yesterday morning, number 19 on the list. After 10 mins, got an appointment with a specialist within 2 hours. Fantastic service from the receptionist I spoke to and the specialist we saw. Can't fault them, great work in difficult times!
Just spoke to a receptionist omg what a horrible horrible person. If your calls are being recorded, please listen to the tone your receptionist is using on your patients, absolutely awful, unprofessional and not necessary.
I have called the doctor this morning and was advised that to book an appointment I have to call either at 8AM or 1PM and was talking to a very rude and unfriendly lady on the phone. I have decided to walk in the surgery at 1PM and book the appointment but was told to call so I left and called again only to be told that after numerous times of calling that There is a high number of calls at the moment. Please try again later and it hung up on me. And now all appointments are gone again. I need to have a full health check done as I might be suffering from IBS and I am very dissaponted. The people on reception make me feel like Im begging for an appointment and now I dont know what to do as symptoms are getting stronger.
Not fit for purpose. The only way to get seen is to be totally abnoxious. Continuous health care impossible. Does not even deserve one star.
Painfully giving one star here as there isn't an option to give no stars. Utterly woeful. I have been trying to get to see a GP for 3 weeks and you are only allowed to call up for an appointment either at 8am or 1pm on the day... not able to book in advance and having tried 9 times to be connected at 1pm to be told that all lines are busy and to call back... I eventually am connected to find that I am number 19 in the queue to be answered and an operator will be with me shortly! Not a hope with 19 people ahead of me and by the time they answer the appointments will be gone! Appalling, tedious and my health is suffering as a result.
