I have called the doctor this morning and was advised that to book an appointment I have to call either at 8AM or 1PM and was talking to a very rude and unfriendly lady on the phone. I have decided to walk in the surgery at 1PM and book the appointment but was told to call so I left and called again only to be told that after numerous times of calling that There is a high number of calls at the moment. Please try again later and it hung up on me. And now all appointments are gone again. I need to have a full health check done as I might be suffering from IBS and I am very dissaponted. The people on reception make me feel like Im begging for an appointment and now I dont know what to do as symptoms are getting stronger.
Excellent help from receptionists,very busy surgery but they always try to do the best for you. Doctors are very thorough and always have time.
I have to attend the practice on a regular basis as I have several different problems. I always get the best attention the staff are very friendly and I can get an appointment quite easily which is very unusual now in most place. All in all a very well managed practice which cannot be faulted.
Just want to say what a brilliant service I have just experienced. Have been in pain for a week with my back/hip. Phoned yesterday to ask to talk to a doctor but was given an appointment with Advanced nurse practitioner Simba who knew exactly what was wrong with a few prods. Has immediately booked me in for a physio appt later this morning!! Absolutely amazing service. Thank You
