The work carried out on my car was absolutely perfect.Unfortunately, my car was crushed by a bin lorry in my works car park, leaving the front of the car mangled; I didn't imagine this could ever be repaired.But amazingly, after receiving my car back from Rye Street, the damages were completely gone, the car looked brand new! There were admittedly a few little scuffs remaining, but after a short call this was rectified incredibly quickly.I am astounded by the work carried out, and felt very well looked after by all staff; receptionists, mechanics and even the manager.I'm strongly considering this to be my new regular garage.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My car was involved on a hit and run, my insurer advised me to use their approved repairer which was Rye Street Haverhill. They came and collected my car within a few days however it went downhill from there. I was told the total time would be two weeks for the repair and they would let me know a completion date within a few days. They also said if it would go over this time that they would contact me to let me know how long it would take. Almost a month and a half later i received my car back to me. NOT ONCE did they contact me to tell me that it was going to take longer. I had to chase them every time i wanted to know anything! EVEN WORSE. the 5,000 repair that they did on my car has had to be completely redone by a different company as i have had orange peel all over every single panel that they worked on. My car also came back with other damages on the car which had occurred whilst in the possession of Rye Street. They then refused to correct the damage which had be left on the cars front bumper. The cover caps in the door which they forgot to put back on, i was promised that this would be sent out to me. however i am still waiting for the 3 part. The company then refused to talk to the insurer about the atrocious work that they had done on my car. Worst repair work and customer service/relations i have ever met. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible - had my car in for almost 2 months for a simple job with v limited and vague text messages as updates. I had to call several times to simply get a vague answer on an update that it was next to be done. They never called me. I emailed a couple of time with zero response. The last text message I got was 'currently awaiting the fit of new parts before washed and cleaned' - I got my car back a whole week after this. Shockingly awful service. They can't give any real answers or specifics and try to fob you off.

Customer service is very poor. The reception staff misled us by saying it was a 3 day job but failed to say this was over a two and a half week period. They were also actually rude. We took our car for a pre assessment at the request of the office, so they could order parts. We asked if we needed an appointment and was told just pop up. We did go in and were told rudely that we needed an appointment. Someone did look at it and photographs taken. We were then phoned on numerous occasions to book car in although we had already booked it in. We took car in on agreed dates but had phone call to say they still had to order parts. We phoned to see if would be ready on the agreed date as we needed it back urgently. When we got there the job was not completed and they wanted to charge us for the part of the job not completed. We agreed to take it back for a day, which took two days. The standard of work was good but the customer service needs to addressed.

very smooth process from start to finish. polite and courteous staff and car collected and returned with no inconvenience to myself. repairs to a very high standard. would definitely recommend
