Good Day Hope all is wellI had a problem with my car and went to car scan first thing in the morning without an appointment . They took it in and a few short hours later I had received a call from them detailing what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. Car Scan then completed the work that same day. The next problem came as they close at 17:30 and I work in Cambridge till 17:30 which I explained to them. There was a young lady that came to my rescue and said she would wait till I got there . As there was a tremendous amount of traffic getting there I would be extra late. I then proceeded to call and let the young lady know that I would be latter than expected and it would be okay if I picked the car up early the next mourning , to which she replied " it is okay , I will wait for you and I do understand ". This blew me away as they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me in my time of need. I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for their outstanding work ethic and mechanical skills. I will only be using them from now on
