We have just enjoyed a very pleasant light lunch here. Warmly greeted, Emma was attentive and helpful. The food was nicely presented and hot.Kieran makes the best latte in Haverhill. It was piping hot, and a lovely flavour. We had two each and were all the same quality. I'll certainly be popping in again, even if it's just for the latte.Debbie
Food was good, BUT the speed of service really let this place down. We waited 45 minutes for drinks and 1 and a half hours for food. Really disappointing. Wont be going again.
Lovely suite. But only one radiator working even after complaint. Tried to have a bath hot water ran for over half a bathful before coming through hot. This morning the worse continental breakfast I have ever had. Possibly a ploy for you to pay extra for a cooked breakfast but after paying 145 for the room don't feel inclined to pay any more. Great shame
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room looked amazing! The bed was comfy the bathroom was huge and it too looked amazing. However if you want to sleep forget it. Constant slamming doors downstairs til 2.00 am a fire alarm in the hotel at 3.10 am. No care from staff "is easy erroneous OK and I'm sorry would have gone along way. More banging doors at 8.00 The breakfast looked good but didn't live up to it on taste. Lots of other guests left theirs as well. was not asked how my stay was when i checked out. What a shame. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Emma our waitress was the cherry in the top of an awesome meal in a lovely cosy but spacious restaurant.Love the tapas options And alcohol free options too including beers. Perfectly attentive and all came quickly despite busy Saturday night.Can recommend enough.
