Slow, disorganised, clueless.
Waited half an hour for prescription, inbetween being served pharmacist dealing with my prescription left to help deal with a problem with another patient.
Left waiting over a week for meds delivery they told me I received it then was told they didn't have a clue where it was totally fobbed off rang 4 times in 1day meds needed for next morning last call 10..30 pm waiting for a call back. Husband disabled can't leave him alone and can't get to chemist what can I do ?Totally disgraceful not the 1st time this happened either . Just told the earliest it can be delivered is at 11am that's if they turn up so annoyed !!!
They give out wrong drugs to people including class a etc drugs with other people's name and address they stand around and do nothing its a mess and they take ages to get ur prescription wrong advoid!
The manager treats staff horribly, I feel sorry for anyone that works there.
