Called to make an order, to have the phone put down and telling us not to call back after taking the address, called back and explained the phone was put down while making an order, phone was left on the side while talking with colleague to then speak to previous employee we spoke with and be told that they are busy and will be a minimum 2 hour wait before putting the phone down again without apologising or letting us respond. First and last time well try and order...
Tried to place an order for delivery to Clare to was told no and not to ring again and hung up on me. Called back got shouted at and hung up on again. Disgraceful behaviour, not what I would expect from a pristine upmarket establishment...If I could have posted 0 stars I would have.
