We called on Cerberus Security late one evening after we had discovered one of our properties had been broken into and pretty much destroyed inside and out. Ed answered the phone and we discussed the locks that needed replacing. Ed was so kind it felt more like I was speaking to an old friend than a stranger. We spoke for around 45 minutes and Ed was so kind, compassionate and understanding of our situation. He was actually not feeling well and had been off sick that day, however after hearing our story agreed to come on the journey to Haverhill from Sawston as soon as we got off the phone, to help us in our hour of need. He let us know when he would arrive at the property, so my husband could go and meet him. He was very professional and completed the job to the highest of standard and very reasonably priced! As my husband returned home after an awful day we both discussed what a lovely man he was and how we felt we had known him for years. His kindness that day really made such a difference to my husband and I. It's lovely to see that there are some really wonderful people around, that do care about others and not just there to get their money and go! Highly recommend Ed and Cerberus Security! I have called Cerberus out a couple of times now - when I locked myself out of the house and when I couldn't get the back door to open with my key. I was really happy with the speedy and friendly service on both occasions. Ed is a lovely guy - hopefully I won't need to call him again too soon but he would definitely be my first choice!
I was having a problem with a UPVC door which I couldn't get to open. Ed turned up quickly and was extremely courteous, he fixed the problem and gave me advice on longer term fixes for the future.
Chang Ken- I called pretty late at night but Ed still came out and arrived swiftly to fix our lock. We have a UPVC door and the handle was fixed by the previous owner in an extremely unusual way, but Ed still patiently and skillfully took it off. Ed let me keep everything that was working and made sure that I was happy with his work. This is a man who cares about the quality of the work done, and values the relationship between people, really like him both as a professional engineer as well as a person. Thanks.
