Unbelievably rude. I asked if my item had been dispatched and was met with a very ignorant and rude reply. Unbelievable they are still in business.
Bought a spinning verdigris at the nec caravan show but when we got item home found that that a piece was missing so left several emails and several phone calls but still waiting for a reply according to their website they will reply within 24hrs thats a laugh I think they dont know how to use it.So customer service is appalling so the only thing I can recommend about this company is dont waste your money
Awful customer service! Owe me a refund but are now being difficult despite having possession of the items. Very rude people and very un-helpful.
