I bought this for my grandsons Christmas present, so there was a delay between purchase and review. Before wrapping the parts I checked them and was pleased with the build quality. When my grandson started using the parts he found that a 16GB micro SD card had a problem. I contacted Pi Hut Support and was impressed at the service provided by Natalie. Natalie quickly arranged for the card to be returned and replaced. The replacement has resolved the problem and my grandson is now using the Raspberry Pi in support of his school work. The support provided was far better than I have had from other companies; it was a pleasure to work with them.
