This review is on behalf of my partner. Really nice staff, however, I went in for an acrylic removal and disagreed with some techniques. Firstly the tips were cut off rather than filed which could lead to cracking of the nail bed. No electric file was used and a pick was used to pry off the remaining acrylic which was painful and damaging to the nail bed. Unhappy with this level of removal, will not go again.
